Gilly's was born from one simple truth: our family loves ice cream year round. Owners Lanae Gill and Kathleen Morgan set out to give the Troy community the neighborhood scoop shop it deserved — a place where families gather, where local flavors come first, and where everyone is welcome. The name? It comes right from the family.
We partner with two beloved Michigan creameries — Browndog Creamery out of Oak Park and Guernsey Farms Dairy from Northville — alongside our own soft serve favorites. Local ingredients. Local love.
